Super yummy 'black forest' cake

Ok, picture may be not so nice as I was too excited to eat this slice of cake and don't really care about photo-taking anymore. Plus, this cake is bigger than my two palms - so it is too heavy to 'stand' nicely and 'pose' for you. =p

But what's so special about this slice of black forest cake?

Erm... In order to eat this cake, I will have to travel a long, long journey

- up hill, down hill -

- cut through forest-

- cold but not Genting Highland -

- oh finally arrived, but what's so special about this cake? -

Well it's special because this is my first slice of black forest cake that I've ever eaten in Black Forest itself! Confusing? hehe..

 I was enjoying this slice of yummy cake (with fresh berries and cherries inside) with a cup of hot chocolate in Black Forest, Germany, the birth place of this popular cake.

I was there with Lutz to visit his mom as she stayed in Black Forest. And when I show you her house, you will be jealous.

- I don't know why but the house reminds me of the story 'Goldilocks and the three bears' -

After having the yummy tea-time mum mum, we brought Sammy out for a walk.

 
- Lutz said "Sammy, I am the boss. So I walk, you follow ok?"

    - Sammy replied "yes boss! Let's go!"

The environment in Black Forest is soooooooooo good that it is totally free from any form of pollution. Air is fresh, people here kinda laid-back, jam-free, stress-free and wow, green field everywhere. And during summer and spring, you can see moo moo cow enjoying the sunshine along the Black Forest farms. If you live in place like you, I am sure you will live up to 100. LOL. Don't believe?

After walking Sammy, we bid goodbye to Lutz's mom and we went swimming! Yes, swimming in the 15 Celcius autumn, am I great?? hehe

 

Actually it is an in-door swimming pool but part of the pool is outdoor, where you could enjoy the fresh air of Black Forest while swimming outside. Well, the water is warm! But if you don't like warm water, you can opt for cold water pool too. And if you dive into the swimming pool, you can hear some music being played inside/under the pool, cool right??

 

But since we are not allow to take any picture here, I only can snap it from the outside the window =(
