Paul, the German octopus that predicted every German World Cup match so far has picked Spain to win the upcoming semi-final.

This German octopus is stunning soccer fans around the world with his remarkable ability to predict the outcome of German World Cup games. Paul, a mollusk in Oberhausen, has correctly picked the result of all three German games so far. Most recently, the savvy octopus foresaw that Germany would edge Ghana to advance to the tournament’s knockout stage, according to Sky News.

I know that I have Spain winning the World Cup in my pool so let’s hope that Paul is right again!

Well, not every girls hate football. Not every girls think that football is something that made 22 idiots running around in a huge field for a ball for 90 minutes. Girls do like football too. And of course girls do watch World Cup too! So, I like football a lot. However I am only into world cup and watch it once every four years. Ok, I do admit the reason why I like football is because of David Beckham when he was still playing for World Cup and it started way back in 2002. So of course I support the England team!

Although he is 'older' now but I think European guys look hotter as they grow older...

But why I hate the octopus now?

Easy. After sobbing for England lost two weeks ago, someone made me fall for the German team. I watch some of the previous matches that the Germany played in and I was really impressed by the way they play. And the best I like is their goalkeeper; Manuel Neuer! He is so great!! He can catch a ball with his huge, strong hands and everytime the opponent tries to make a goal, he will just catch the ball and hug it tight just like how he hugs his lover! LOL
And almost forget to mention, he is real cute too... *wink wink*

Although they lose to Spain yesterday but I still like the team. Perhaps those youngsters were too nervous or they were just being too suspicious? I mean the stupid Paul (the idiotic octopus) ruined their spirits??

P/s - now I know that Germans are suspicious too. (As one of my colleagues who is also a German told me that Germany may lose yesterday as he believed what the octopus said)

Anyway for revenge, I am going to have tako (octopus in Japanese) for my lunch, dinner and maybe breakfast for at least one month! *ggrrrrrr*
