The NOT HAMSAP diary

Hi everyone,

I apologise for me being missing in action. I am not gone, I am here but I am working out on my new blog. Yes, you heard it right, new blog. Since I travel a lot recently, I plan to create a new travel blog. Hope you guys will like it. Also some complains that they never really 'see' me in this blog, in the new blog, you will see more pictures of me and less craps. And of course for the female readers out there, I will also blog about make up, fashion and bla bla bla...

Oh yeah, do you realized I changed the name from Jennifer's Hamsap Diary to le blog de princesse. Why?Not that I will not blog about 'hamsap' or naughty stuffs anymore, but I just got too many emails and funny messages/comments from funny people. And even some 'funny videos' too. Anyway these will not make me stop blogging about erotic stuffs but I will just move everything into a new blog that talks only dirty! Haha!

So give me some time and I will come back with more interesting stories to tell. Don't forget me and do come back from time to time. I love you all~

XOXO

Leftover women, 剩女

Came across this while browsing some sites:

Lyrics and English translations:
多情的阳光 洒落在你的脸庞
Warm sunshine, shining on your face
看看周围的小伙 个个都挺娘
Looking at the young guys all around, every one of them are very girly
女人的渴望就是要有车和房
Having a house and a car is what women long for
嫁对人是最大的愿望
Marrying the right person is the biggest wish
问你有没有车问你有没有房
Asking you if you have a car, asking you if you have a house
我妈妈她也问你存折有几张
My mother will also ask you how much savings you have
假如你没有车 假如你也没有房
If you have no car, if you also have no house
赶紧靠边别把路来挡
Hurry move aside and don’t block my way
我也有车 我也有房
I also have a car, I also have a house
还有人民币在银行
As well as RMB in the bank
你们要是还没有我强
If you guys aren’t even as capable as me
别吃软饭我不是你的娘
Don’t depend on me, I’m not your mother
你没有车 你没有房
You don’t have a car, you don’t have a house
别想把美女泡上床
Don’t expect to get a beauty into bed
装穷哥你不就开个破宝马
Pretending to be poor, you only drive a lousy BMW
别装大款你把我来包养
Don’t pretend you’re a rich guy who can keep me as his mistress
x2
你没有车 你没有房
You don’t have a car, you don’t have a house
你还想结婚当新郎
Yet you still want to get married and be a groom
如果你生活都没奔小康
If your life isn’t well off
凭什么我和你去流浪
Why should I accompany you in wandering
你说我现实我承认也无妨
You say I am realistic/practical, that I may as well admit
骂我拜金我也不受伤
You can call me a gold-digger and I won’t feel hurt
男人总得有个男人的模样
A man after all should be like a man
没车没房 你别想找新娘
Without a car, without a house, forget about finding a bride

This video has been viewed for more than 1.5 million times within 2 days. This video features a lot of 'leftover women' (剩女, shèngnǚ) singing the song "No Car No House." I know the English is bad right? Well, it is direct translation, so please accept.

But is 'leftover women'?
In 1997, this phase became an official Chinese word that refer to women in their 30s - 40s (normally post-70s) who have higher incomes but still unmarried. They left unmarried not because they are fat or ugly, trust me from what you see in the video, they are all well-groomed and good looking. Just that when they are already financially doing well, they tend to have higher expectations on their potential partners.

Over the 1.5 million views, it has accumulated an equal amount of comments from the opposite (unsatisfied) gender. Most of the guys think that these girls are materialistic and a little childish. According to them they are just 'being too funny' and will be single for the rest of their life. Some say these ladies look ugly and like dinosaurs that they mistook themselves into some Jurassic Park site Some say they are gold-diggers. Some say they are unrealistic and some say they would never marry such women. Some even worse that say if they are rich, they will only look at the 17-18 girls and not these bunch of 30s.

However to me I think these are what the useless men say to make themselves feel better, just like why the fox says about the sour grape. I agree that not all the women in the video is good looking and some even have funny voices, but most of them look well-groomed, educated and pretty. Men, put yourself in their shoes and think. If you have a great job, earn well and educated, would you want poor wife? In your case of course you will because men are ego animals. But put yourself in a woman's shoe. A hunter and a gatherer, man is normally the hunter and woman is the gatherer. Since stone age, men are meant to hunt and protect the family while women just gather and take care of the family. So why when in this new era, everything seems different? These women already have everything and all they want is just a man who can provide and take care of them.

Ok, I hear you man.
You may think that in this new era, men and women are equal, so why should we be bound to the tradition? Yes, it is true that men and women are equal. But think this way, if you are already doing well and happy being single, would you want to get someone who is not so doing well and share your portion? As a man you may feel proud of buying you partner a Gucci bag, treating her an extravagant meal or even a trip to Paris. But in opposite, would you like a woman to buy you your Lacoste shoe, buying you a golf set, paying from her wallet after a romantic French dinner while the waiter staring at you with a sarcastic sight? I am sure you wouldn't. As I said, men are ego. But if you say you wouldn't mind, then you have a problem. You are not even self-motivated or have any initiative to 'change/grow' and if I am your parent, I will feel embarrass to have son like you.

I understand that everyone may has different view in life. Some are more materialistic while others are more down-to-earth. I am not asking you to be materialistic here, I am not, don't misunderstood me. In my opinion, I just feel that everyone on earth, men or women should take his or her own initiative to be better in life. Yes, we should feel satisfy with what we have, but what about you still have noting yet? These ladies in the video did not ask for anything but just house and car, the most basic in today's society. You need a house to live in and do you want your wife to stay with you by the street side? And we all know that we do need a car to move around, another basic need in today's society. And you calling these ladies unrealistic for asking a man to have what they already own? I understand how they feel. They may be a little too greedy or materialistic or even you may call them selfish. But you heard them saying they already have car, house and even savings in bank, do you think they will want to be poor, walk not drive, stay by road side just to be with you? Or maybe sell of everything and use up all the saving to live with you? She pays for the wedding, house and car, would you want that?

You may think I am one of them too. Love should be everything NOT being materialistic, again I repeat they are not materialistic but they are being too realistic. You really think you will be full from not eating but love? But what do you think you have that you could made these ladies to love you? No initiative, no motivation but blaming and whining about the 'sour grape.' Worth a second to think about right?

Where had I been?

It's been some time since I last blog. I admit that I am the laziest blogger or person ever when it comes to updating blog. I received many emails and comments from you guys (muackss my readers) that keep on nudging me to post more on my blog. And the worst of all is I may not reply everyone's email. SORRY!

Erm, back to this post. Remember I packed all my stuffs and leaving for Christmas and New Year holidays?
So where the heck had I been to?

Well... I had been to a few countries. Since my trip started on 23rd December, obviously my first trip is related to Christmas. Hence, my first stop was the infamous Weihnachtsmarkt (Christmas Market) in Germany!
Weihnachtsmarkt in Karlsruhe
(notice the people ice-skating behind me?)

After 14 hours flight, the first thing I did at the Christmas Market at -3 Celcius was...

to grab a cup of Glühwein (mulled wine)

Glühwein, a type of sweetened red wine, combined in spices and served warm. Having a cup of Glühwein at the outdoor during minus degree of Winter is heaven! The feeling is indescribable or  [enter happy word that you like here]

yum yum yum

Although the Glühwein is able to warm my body up but exposing myself to the minus degree winter is like killing me. The drastic change of 40 degree compare to my tropical country is not something that I can adjust to. Hence you see me...

Rummage, rummage, rummage..

NO! I didn't mess up the store as it was already that way when I was there. Well, that's how those stores look like during crazy Christmas sale. Oh yeah, I was there to purchase a thicker coat as my Mango white trench doesn't seem to be doing a good job for winter, so I renamed it into autumn/spring coat. LOL

me in new coat

me with Lutz's brother and his friend ^^

Ok, I know I know. You don't want to see my chubby face anymore. All you want to see is how Christmas Market look like right?
Here you go...
booth that sell knitted stuff

accessories

decorative items

Xmas ornaments

oh candies! yum yum

soft toys - doggies

booth that sells...erm I forgot

my fav - all girlish stuff from bath bomb to aroma therapy oil

and even Siamese Buddha statue...wtf

Funnily, these Buddha or Siamese Buddha statues are quite famous in Germany as I see some booths selling only Buddha statues and Buddhist related stuff such as those praying beads, monk figurines, etc

looks like cupcake? But actually is bath bomb, I did bought a few there

And of course when you go to Christmas Market, you must remember to mum mum there. We had some chili con carne, delicious or not?
Kindly refer to the photo below..

aaammm... even Lutz knows how to camwhore now..
No, this is not the end yet, I mean how can I visit a Christmas Market without snow right or not? However on the day before I arrived there was some rain that melt and flush all the snow away. So, no more snow =(

But later Lutz brought me to another Christmas Market in between Black Forest and Karlsruhe town. (Don't ask me the name, I am bad in geography)

This Christmas Market is all in white and super duper cold, imagine minus 10 celcius. One minute outside is like killing me already. The feeling was you splash yourself with icy water, then walk naked into a fridge, yeah that's right, enough to kill you!

I risked my life for all these pictures for you.

Nice?
Erm need to stop a while to warm myself up.

Glühwein booth!

I didn't stay long at the place, barely one hour as we were too cold. Shaking...
So we decided to leave.

Pictures of Lutzi's mum and I at the entrance of the Christmas Market

Some of the pictures that I took while waiting for our train

definitely not something that you will see in our forever 35C tropical country

Lutz and his mum
both are 'blau' which means blue or drunk in German

Till then, I will come up with more winter pictures soon =)

Goodbye Lutzi~

You are right, airport is a bipolar place. A place which gives you happiness and sadness just like the hospital. You are always thrilled when you go to the arrival hall, waiting for your love one to walk out from the terminal and of course you feels that the time pass so slow that every seconds waiting at outside the arrival gate is like weeks for you.You just hope that the person you are waiting will appear in front of you immediately after a long time of not seeing each other.

But at the same time you always wish that the time pass slower when you are sending someone off at the departure gate. You always feel that the time fly so fast that you wish the time just stop so that you will never need to bid goodbye to the person you sent off. You feel so sad that you do not know when you will see that person again, or at least you knew that you will need to wait for some time before you see him/her again.

Today, I went to this bipolar place to bid goodbye to my love one after having each other 24/7 for about six weeks. And this time we will need to wait for about three months before we could see each other again.
I am so sad but somehow every time when my tears started to fill up my eyes, they dry up and I smile, because I know after this three months, we will be together again.

And we will be together again.
We can have our every meal together. Watch Shin Chan and other movies together. Swim together. Play pool and bowling together. Go 'coffeeshop' together. Sleeping next to each other and waking up next to each other everyday. Shopping together. Cooking together. Online and browse internet together. Read together. And of course this list never ends because after this three months, I will come and haunt your life forever hehe...

Goodbye for now (just a short three-month-period), Lutz.
I love you <3

This also means that I will start to blog about my six weeks traveling experience soon. There are so much to share about such as the red light district, 'snow bear', Glühwein, Christmas Market, Christmas gifts, the -9C winter, New Year in Venezia, the ever famous Venice Gondola, best döner in the world, some German castles and lots more. So come back more often to visit my blog ya!

XOXO
